By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Services

Rasmantho provides creative services including but not limited to writing (poetry, stories, lyrics), music composition, graphic design, branding, website and mobile app development, AI-powered tools, and digital content creation. The exact scope, deliverables, and fees for any project will be agreed upon in a separate agreement or communication.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, brand name, tagline, and software — is the exclusive property of Rasmantho or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any material on the Site without our prior written consent.

For custom projects, intellectual property rights will be transferred to the client only upon full payment and as specified in the project agreement.

4. User Content and Conduct

You may submit content through contact forms, comments (if available), or direct messages. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content solely for the purpose of providing our services and responding to your requests.

You agree not to:

  • Post unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the Site's operation.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be indicated by a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
